Empowerment of Coaching

I am a Business owner and Insurance Agent .The benefits I have received from Business Coaches have been invaluable. Business Coaches have guided me in knowing my purpose and direction. Coaches have assisted as I drafted out a simple Business Plan of goals that lead to success.

I am working with my third Business Coach . Every Coach has listened and helped me in my stage of business. Every session has been challenging and intense. Every session has left me with a specific task that added to my business. I set my goals and the Coaches have guided me in the direction I needed to go to achieve them. The Coaches have applauded me when I made progress. My Coaches have also been wise in gently guiding me when I had a set back, felt lost or tired.

I am coachable. I commit to Coaching because I am open to change. I know that Coaches have a treasure chest of tools and resources that they willingly share that I can use. I love that they do not do my work, yet they enable me to do it. All my Coaches have believed in me and my potential to be successful. As I learn new skills and techniques, I have more confidence in myself as I conduct business.

Business Coaches have helped me recognize my passions , strengths and skills. Coaches have helped me see some positive things in me that I did not see. The Coaches have helped me build on those positive strengths that I knew I possessed.

Business Coaches have also guided me into recognizing my weak areas. I have been affirmed for recognizing my weakneses . I learned that I need to identify my weak areas in order to improve and move past them. I work intently on replacing faulty thoughts and habits with ones that are effective and productive.

I know I can not progress in business by myself. I need advice, feedback and support. My Coaches have helped me in sharing their own experiences which I could apply to my business. I have received hope from Coaching and accomplished more than I ever thought was possible.
