I have noticed that those who listen to others and engage with them by showing interest and concern seem to be better off in their own business. Those who are successful start by showing concern for others. I have noticed that those who are successful are giving of their attention, time and resources. When we give to others we open the door to more opportunities.

What does this say about those who give in regards to business? There is great value in the character of givers. Givers show interest in the welfare of others. Givers are authentic. Those who give are not worried about their short term needs and focus more on the long term in business relationships. Givers are honest and trust worthy in considering what is best for others.

In business, those who receive are compelled to give . The mutual act of giving and receiving ignites business. Those businesses who only receive and not give are not successful.
