Take a Long, Hard Look in the Mirror

Take a moment to look at yourself in the mirror.

In these busy times , we need to know ourselves. If we are delivering a professional service to people ,we need to know our role.We have to be aware of our motives and our skills.

By looking in the mirror, we can be aware of our unique abilities and talents. I often find that I can almost see into my heart, which reveals my true passions. I tune out what the world is saying about me and focus on what I see. I ask myself if I am truly helping others. If I feel I may not be doing enough , I consider how can I do more good.

If I feel I am not producing , I ask myself what I can do to be more effective. I try to be patient with myself and the process . I make every effort to not shame myself for my efforts.

I also do not blame others for my lack of progress. I know I am responsible for myself . If I throw stones at others, I will never do what I need to do to be successful. I am honest with myself about my mistakes. I accept that I am the best source of change .
