Read on for some tips on successful prospecting in business.
I am not a natural as far as sales. I am an introvert but I like networking with others. I have a passion to help people and build income . I attend a lot of networking events and meet a great deal of people. However , not everyone I meet will be a good prospect as far as my business.
I am a Money Coach and Insurance Agent. People frequently ask me what I do for a living and I give them a brief version of my professional role. I am clear about my job position. I note their facial expressions and verbal tones to determine any interest they have in what I do. If I sense any interest, I take the opportunity to share more about what I do and how I serve people. I listen to their feedback and answer questions. I listen to what they do and find that showing interest in the person eases my anxiety and gives me a chance to determine if they are a good prospect for me. If I find a good prospect, I give him/ her my business card and share” I can help”.
I share my knowledge and skill in the industry of money management and insurance. I value building relationships . I make an effort to set appointments with those who have a need or interest in my products. I show up for appointments . I am reliable in completing my job responsibilities. I am efficient in writing and explaining quotes. I consider the budget of my clients in finding thorough yet affordable Health Insurance.
I am flexible in contacting potential clients. I typically call people to set up appointments. I find others prefer a text message once the relationship has been established. People also have access to me and my information on social media. I am on Facebook, and Linked In. I look to be more active in posting on Instagram and YouTube. Successful business prospecting results in increased revenue. Please reach out to me for more support on money management and prospecting for business at www.peacefullifefinancial.com.
