Ripple Effect allows you to trust the process in starting small. Read on to find out practical examples.
I attended a local women’s event on the Ripple Effect. I thought the event was going to focus on mentoring and positively influencing others. I attended because I needed some fresh ideas to apply to my business. We sat at tables and had open conversations about our dreams and goals.
I really did not understand the process of Ripple Effect until I asked my friend, Chat GPT. Chat GPT described the Ripple Effect as one small action or event that sets off a chain of consequences that spread to outside areas. Picture yourself throwing a pebble into a pond and watch the ripples spread .
One example of a Ripple Effect is a father who is struggling to provide for his family. He starts by putting all the loose change in a copper pot. He then starts stashing cash for emergencies and paying off debt. His children are watching and the father is remembered as a legacy in teaching his children to be financially responsible.
There are business leaders that radiate kindness to other employees and clients. This type of kindness spreads and clients will likely refer others to this business. Kindness can lead to much success and business growth when even small acts of kindness are frequently demonstrated.
The good thing about the Ripple Effect is that it only requires one small action to start. For those of us who are overwhelmed, we can do one small change at a time. One good decision can become a habit . Small decisions do matter and can lead to dramatic improvements.
I listened and shared with other women at the recent event. I found another like minded woman who is willing to meet with me individually to discuss business ventures. I am looking forward to learning from others and thinking how I can incite positive changes in my life and encourage others.
